GLMY Create instruments and direct reading spectrometer to participate in Changzhou high-end nodular cast iron nodulation process seminar
On June 13, 2024, the "High-end Nodular cast iron nodularization Technology Seminar" was successfully held in Changzhou, Jiangsu. The conference brought together experts, scholars, enterprise representatives and technicians from all over the country to discuss the development and challenges of high-end nodular cast iron nodulation process. GLMY Create Instruments presented high-quality products, direct reading spectrometers and handheld spectrometers at this conference.
The direct reading spectrometer and the European Elvatech handheld spectrometer at the booth of GLMY Create Instruments attracted the attention of many participants. These two products, with their high-precision and high-efficiency testing performance, demonstrate the efficient application in the field of high-end ductile iron parts testing, and provide strong support for improving the quality control level of ductile iron parts.
Ductile iron, as an important metal material, plays an indispensable role in the development of national economy. According to statistics, in 2022, the national production of cast iron is as high as 37.8 million tons, of which ductile iron accounted for nearly 40%, showing its broad market prospects and huge development potential. However, in the production process of high-end nodular cast iron, the technical difficulty of nodular inoculation process is relatively large, which has become the bottleneck restricting its stable production. In response to this problem, the Expert Committee of East China Casting Association actively organized this seminar, aiming to promote the innovation and development of spheroidization process through the theoretical guidance of experts and scholars and the exchange of production practice of enterprises. The experts at the meeting had an in-depth discussion on the nodularization process of high-end nodular cast iron, and shared the research results and technical experience.
